entransshift

Delay passing buffers by amount indicated by delay (in microseconds) by adding that to passing buffers' timestamp.

Passing segment events are also shifted by default, so the running times of passing buffers are typically preserved. If one really intends to delay buffers, running time should be affected and this behaviour can be selected by the property running-time.
